The provider of e-commerce solution in Indonesia B2B sector has founded in 2017 and then engaging in the e-commerce industry and create a new holding engaged in e-commerce integrated service provider. Jet Commerce helps brands develop their e-commerce businesses through end-to-end solution focusing on consumer experience.
Based on the official statement, the international expansion is part of Jet Commerce’ strategy in gaining global brand partners and become the most trusted and reliable e-commerce service company in Southeast Asia. The new e-commerce enabler will be led by Chief Executive Officer, Chad Zheng, as initially become a CEO of Brand Top.

According to Google and Temasek’s e-conomy SEA 2018 report, e-commerce has been the fastest-growing sector of the internet economy in Southeast Asia. The sector’s value is estimated to exceed $100 billion by 2025, while the number of Southeast Asians who have purchased online through e-commerce platforms has increased from less than 50 million in 2015 to over 120 million in 2018.
At April, Jet Commerce, an e-commerce enabler that is relied on by platform partners such as JD.ID, Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, and many more, finally inaugurated a 3,700 m2 fulfillment center in the Daan Mogot area, West Jakarta. Fulfillment centers are an important part of e-commerce activities because this is where products from the marketplace are collected, grouped according to a category, packaged and then sent to consumers who have made a purchase.
The fulfillment center has been supported by the latest Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) equipped with modern equipment such as conveyor belts, mobile scanners, and racks categorizing. The number of shipments ranges from 2000 – 3000 per day, but when Ramadan can jump around 4000 items per day. This does not apply when there is a National Shopping Day or online shopping festival which can reach 33,000 packages for two days of the event.
