MNC Securities is a securities company that already become a member of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Company has take over business licenses as broker-dealer, underwriter, and investment manager from PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, which formally holds the majority stocks of the company. Engaged in financial services business, MNC Kapital is one of subsidiaries of Bhakti Investama Group which diversified its business scope ranging from mass media, financial services, to primary energy resources such as oil/gas and coal.
In running its brokerage business, we have always offered best products and services to its business partners. One of company’s products is equity research that enables business partners and investors to benefit optimally and minimize risks while investing on capital market. We also provide specialized research and analysis services for corporate partners who want to launch corporate actions.
In early 2010, we launched an online trading service under the name MNC Trade. This is a manifestation of our commitment to reach more customers by capitalizing on information technology. In expanding investor base, we have also conducted a number of socialization and education programs for the community, particularly potential customers. In accordance with the growth of business in time, we will continue to expand office network in potential cities in Indonesia and increase the capacity of qualified human resources as an embodiment of our commitment to taking part in the development of Indonesia stock market.
