Mega Capital Indonesia started its history from PT Indovest Securities who was established on 8 November 1991, and it’s a company of PT Indovest Bank owned by Bank Dagang Negara. In September 1999, PT Indovest securities taken over by PT. The Global Investindo and PT. Para Rekan Investama which is the parent of the PT. Mega Bank, which later in May 2001 PT Indovest Securities changed its name into PT. Mega Capital Indonesia.
