PT. Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas was founded in 1995, originally started its business in financial consulting and debt security private placements. The company is owned by Indonesian Capital Market Professionals. In 1997, the company expand its activities by arranging several debt security issuances, including medium term notes, negotiable-promissiorry notes, and receivable backed securities programmed for many listed companies as well as state-owned company.
When the company acquired PT Danaduta Indonesia in 1998, which was a security company with a Broken-Dealer License, the company is known as PT Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas. In the same year, the company established their Fixed Income Sales & Trading Desk and starts to build its presence in the fixed income secondary market.
We are now recognize as one of the leading underwriter of Indonesian fixed income and equity securities.
