PT. SURABAYA AGUNG INDUSTRI PULP & KERTAS was founded on August 31st 1973 by Tirtomulyadi Sulistyo, equipped with modern computerized machines which occupy 45 hectares of land at Driyorejo. It started its commercial production in 1976 with an initial production capacity of only 5,000 tons a year.
On 1998, the company has operate 8 (eight) units of paper machinery, for papers and boards, with total annual production capacity of 329,400 tons. Surabaya Agung operates with sincere integrity and commitment to its customers, employees, shareholders and incessantly controls the quality and performance of highly qualified products.
