Metrodata Electronics Tbk
P.T. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk (“the Company”) is one of the leading information communication technology (ICT) companies in Indonesia. Established on February 17, 1983 as a member of METRODATA group, a prominent player in ICT since 1975. Since its establishment, the Company has changed its name several times, getting the current name P.T. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk on 28 March 1991.
On 14 February 1990, the Company launched its Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX – MTDL) to raise funds for investment and working capital as well as to allow for public participation in its development and growth.

Inline with growing strategy, the Company did breakthrough by establishing new join ventures and subsidiaries. In 2008, the Company has done the acquisition of Soltius Asia Pte Ltd, which is an established SAP consulting firm in the region. Soltius Asia Pte Ltd is the owner of PT. Soltius Indonesia which is now become one of the Company’s subsidiaries.
The Company has also purchased 37,21% of the shares of PT. Xerindo Teknologi, a company with expertise in radio planning, installation, testing/commissioning, maintenance, etc.
On 28 January 2011, the Company’s subsidiary in ICT Retail business has been established, namely PT. My Icon Technology. Its business including modern store, e-commerce and shop in shop, providing ICT retail products to consumers.
On 26 September 2011, the Company expand its business through a new joint venture with Synnex Technology International Corp (Synnex) of Taiwan. Synnex is the third-largest player in the world (and the largest in Asia) in its ICT distribution business.
On 4 January 2012, the Company established PT Logicalis Metrodata Indonesia as a join venture with Logicalis Singapore Pte. Ltd. This Join Venture has its main business in integrated ICT solution and services especially in networking solution and services.
