Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk
On its first establishment in April 13, 1987, CMNP was a concortium, consists of several State-Owned Companies (BUMN) and national private companies operating in infrastructure sector, especially in toll-road and other related sector.
The establishment of CMNP has opened the new era of public and private partnership in toll-road business, through its role in constructing Cawang-Tanjung Priok toll-road (North South Link/NSL) with the distance of 19,03 Km. The success of the pilot project resulted in the government’s trust in appointing CMNP to construct Tanjung Priok – Jembatan Tiga/Pluit (Harbor Road/HBR) with the distance of 13,93 Km.
The completion of NSL and HBR toll road with the distance of 32,96 km which also known as Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono, MSC toll road with the concesion period until March 31, 2025, has enable the Jakarta Intra Urban Toll Road network system (Tomang – Cawang – Tanjung Priok - Ancol Timur – Jembatan Tiga – Pluit – Grogol – Tomang) to operate integratedly, under the joint operation of PT Jasa Marga (Company) Tbk and CMNP with revenue sharing system.
Along with the demand of business expansion, CMNP has changed its status to public company starting from January 10, 1995 where most of its share now owned by the public. CMNP is currently has 3 (three) subsidiaries which are PT Citra Margatama Surabaya, the concession holder of Simpang Susun Waru-Juanda Airport Surabaya toll road; PT Citra Waspputowa, the concession holder of Depok-Antasari toll road which has started the project; and PT Global Network Investindo, a company operating in trading sector, development and services, as well as toll road operation and maintenance services.
