Lippo ties up luxury property partnerships with Toyota Tsusho, BNI | Company data
(Insider Stories)-Lippo Group has tied up two luxury property partnerships amid strong growth in the luxury segment of Indonesia’s property sector.
The group, one of Indonesia’s biggest real estate developers, via its Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKC) property development arm has signed agreements with joint venture PT TTL Residences, led by Japan’s Toyota Tsusho Corp., to develop and operate a hotel-style residence building with about 170 rooms in the Lippo Cikarang district of Bekasi city.
It has also signed an MoU with PT Bank Negara Indonesia to provide loans to apartment buyers at its Apartemen Holland Village residential integrated superblock built by unit PT Trimitra Sukses Selaras.
Offering Japanese-style residential services, the hotel-residence will be developed with Toyota Housing and Tokyu Land Group to address a chronic shortage of lodging and residence facilities in Cikarang as the number of Japanese companies expanding into Indonesia grows rapidly, a statement says.
Geared towards business travelers on medium- to long-term stays and expatriates, the hotel-residence will offer full Japanese-style facilities , “including 24-hour Japanese-language concierge service, Japanese restaurants, convenience stores, gyms and Japanese-style large communal baths, along with shuttle services between the residences and industrial parks and airports,” a statement says. “Housing management that provides residential services on par with that in Japan will ensure that Japanese companies receive comprehensive support for their housing needs.”
Toyota Tsusho plans via the operating company to expand the hotel-residence business throughout Southeast Asia, centring its real-estate development on the provision of services to maximize customer satisfaction, it says.
BNI to provide affordable financing for Holland Village superblock
BNI Vice President for consumer and retail lending, product management division Indrastomo Nugroho signed an MoU with Trimitra Multi in Jakarta Thursday and Lippo Homes CEO Ivan Setiawan Budiono, a statement says.
“Through this partnership, marketing for Apartemen Holland Village will become easier and potential [buyers] will receive more affordable funding. For BNI, the benefit from this partnership is the potential of larger loan issuance than the BNI Griya [property loan] program,” Indrastomo says.
Loans will be offered at fixed interest of 6.75% for two yearss and 7.49% for three years, while an Instant Approval facility will allow buyers to obtain loans by providing Resident Identity Cards (KTP) and tax numbers (NPWP). “We are very proud to be working with BNI to ensure success in selling the Holland Village superblock,” with the arrangement an extension of partnership agreements for other Lippo Karawaci projects,” Budiono says. “We hope this payment facility will give convenience to potential buyers of Holland Village apartments.”
Designed by Singapore’s DP Architects, Holland Village is a residential superblock built to international standards located on the boundaries of central, east and north Jakarta 10 minutes from Kelapa Gading, 20 minutes from Jalan Sudirman and Thamrin thoroughfares and 30 minutes from Soekarno Hatta airport and represents a potential opportunity to invest in Central Jakarta, where the planned Cempaka Putih Cloverleaf Bridge will improve access, it says.
With only 10 apartments per floor, Holland Village offers residents privacy along with facilities that include an Olympic sized swimming pool, fitness centre, yoga deck, barbeque area, jogging track and helipad service. The four-hectare integrated development includes apartments, a mall, office tower, hotel, hospital, National Plus school, and grand ballroom.
