Lippo and Sentul City to invest IDR8 trillion to develop integrated CBD Sentul City | Company data 

(Insider Stories) – Property development giants Lippo Group and Sentul City will develop an integrated development called CBD Sentul City in West Jakarta with total area of 250,000 square metres for a total investment of 8 trillion rupiah ($823 million), as the upmarket property sector continues to grow.

The companies will build apartments, a hotel, offices and a hospital and international school at the development, plus a mall that is intended to attract around 50 million customers a year, according to Sentul City President Director Cahyadi Kumala.

This developing is part of 50 hectares CBD program in Sentul City.

Lippo Group has developed the Lippo Village planned community in Tangerang satellite city west of Jakarta, Lippo Cikarang planned community in Bekasi east of Jakarta, the Kemang Village superblock in South Jakarta and the ST Moritz residence hotel in Jakarta CBD.

Sentul City operates the Green Savana Hotel and Ah Poong Market in Bogor city, West Java, and plans through a subsidiary to operate the 32-hectare Jungleland Theme Park in the city.
