Terry Davis to exit Coca Cola Amatil Aug. 2014; company steps up Indonesia focus AAP
March 18 (The Insider Stories) — Coca Cola Amatil Monday said that its managing director Terry Davis has decided to retire by the end of August next year, but plans to lead the company into the Indonesian market first, Australian Associated Press reported Monday.
“The next 18 months will be crucial for CCA in the further development of its alcoholic beverage strategy and the accelerated plans for growth of the Indonesian business, and the board felt it was prudent to provide the market with certainty as to Terry’s tenure,” chairman David Gonski was quoted as saying.
The beverage giant will start to look for Mr. Davis replacement in coming months, both internally and externally.
