Telkom wins business process outsourcing tender in Australia Kontan 

(Insider Stories)-A tender win by Telekomunikasi Indonesia allows the company to open a call center in Australia, Kontan reports Tuesday.

The initiative is part of Telkom’s efforts to tap demand in regional neighbours and Gulf countries with large Indonesian expatriate communities, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Qatar. Telkom will focus on mobile virtual network operations as it’s yet to secure licences to develop networks in some of the target countries.
