Exxon Mobil sells 49% stake in Cendrawasih block to Niko Resources Kontan 

(Insider Stories)-The Indonesian unit of Exxon Mobil (XOM) has sold its 49% stake in the Cendrawasih oil and gas block in Papua to Canada’s Niko Resources, Kontan newsportal reports Tuesday.

The deal brings Niko’s ownership in the deepwater project to 100%. Exxon didn’t disclose the transaction value.
