BSD buys 3ha land in Central Jakarta to build apartments Kontan 

(Insider Stories)-Property developer Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) plans to build apartments on 3 hectares land it recently purchased from Bakrieland (ELTY), Kontan newsportal reports Tuesday.

The company will price apartment units at more than 25 million rupiah ($2580) per square meter and may start offering late this year before construction begins next year.
