Ford Indonesia Holds Skill Contests for Staffs at Authorized Dealers
JAKARTA, Indonesia, 31 December 2012 – Ford Motor Indonesia recently held its annual National Skills Contest 2012 at Bukit GumatiBatuTulis, Bogor, with 70 technicians from the Sales, Service and Dealership Customer Relation Centre (DCRC) of authorized Ford dealerships across Indonesia participating.
The National Skills Contest is part of Ford’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness among its service technicians with new auto repair technologies, communication skills, and application of management knowledge into daily practices at dealerships. It helps to ensure Ford’sQuality Care service program in Indonesia and a world-class customer service experience.
The National Skills Contest 2012 includes theoretical, practical and presentation tests covering updated knowledge of new technologies and features applied on Fordvehicles, the ability to properly apply procedures, diagnostics, and customer care skills.
