JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – Former Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono also known SBY, said that he felt defamed by a report of Hong Kong based media Asia Sentinel on PT Bank Century Tbk (IDX: BCIC) case. The Chairman of Demokrat Party urged he will determined to pursue the libel up to the end of the world.

“This week, I and Demokrat party got a great libel. There was a foreign party who made up a story that does not contain truth. I know that the cadres of Demokrat party are angry with the vile libel ahead of election, so the party who spread the libel has  political motive and interest,” he said on Monday (17/09).
Unfortunately, SBY continued, some of the mass media and certain parties at home participate in spreading the libel which is far from logic and truth. He asked the members of his party not to take the law into their own hands.
“I ensure that we will use our legal rights to solve the issue.
We will pursue until the end of the worls whoever destroy and damage our reputation,” said SBY.
An Asia Sentinel article on an investigation filed by a Mauritius-based investment concern in a Mauritius court into financial irregularities by top Indonesian officials has gone viral in Indonesia, causing a huge political brouhaha.
The report filed with the Mauritian court, a forensic analysis known as a testament in evidence, was compiled by a task force of investigators and lawyers in Indonesia, London, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and other countries, for Weston International Capital Ltd and filed with an 80-page affidavit containing the allegations.
It also seeks to implicate a string of international financial institutions including Nomura, Standard Chartered Bank, United Overseas Bank (Singapore) and others.
In an article entitled, “Indonesia’s SBY Government: ‘Vast Criminal Conspiracy’”,  the Asian Sentinel quoted a 488-page investigation report filed with the Mauritian Supreme Court accusing the Yudhoyono administration and the Dems of being involved in the high-profile Bank Century case that allegedly resulted in millions of dollars in state losses.
