JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) — The Jakarta Composite Index continued jumping by 1.29 percent to 6,289.61 with Rp480.81 billion (US$33.62 million) foreign inflow, on Monday (06/10). Miscellaneous industry remained the highest hike by 2.38 percent, followed by property sector which grew by 2.35 percent. Then, infrastructure sector increased by 2.07 percent.
For today, the stock market is predicted to move bullish in a range of 6,094-6,240 with more capital inflow, according to Erdikha Elit Sekuritas analyst Edo Ardiansyah.
Lippo-owned PT First Media Tbk (IDX: KBLV) became the top gainer by rocketing 24.5 percent to Rp488 a share. Then, PT Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk (IDX: KOIN) increased by 23.4 percent to Rp264 each, and PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk (IDX: IBFN) hiked by 18.2 percent to Rp250 a piece.
PT Yanaprima Hastapersada Tbk (IDX: YPAS) had the deepest slump Monday by 24 percent to Rp342 each. While, PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (IDX: SRAJ) and PT Mega Perintis Tbk (IDX: ZONE) followed decreasing by 21.4 percent and 18.7 percent to Rp220 and Rp545 a share, respectively.
PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX: PGAS)
The state-owned gas producer assessed to issue bond for refinancing the acquisition of PT Pertamina Gas funding. Without mentioning the value, the bond is planned to be issued this year. Last year, the company acquired 51 percent shares of Pertamina Gas by Rp10.22 trillion promissory note.
PT PP Tbk (IDX: PTPP)
The infrastructure company will issue Rp1.5 trillion bond for its alternative funding in fulfilling company’s needs this year. In 2019, PP allocated Rp8.73 trillion capital expenditure, 28.76 percent higher than last year’ realization.
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (IDX: BBCA)
Indonesia’ biggest private bank will acquire another bank, after finishing the acquisition of PT Bank Royal Indonesia in April, said Financial Service Agency. BBCA expects to finish the deal this year or at least next year. Acquisition of Bank Royal valued Rp1 trillion.
PT Krakatau Steel Tbk (IDX: KRAS)
The steel maker targeted to finish restructuring its US$2.2 billion debt by the end of June. There are some options for the restructuring such as maturity extension, interest negotiation, and debt to equity swap. Meanwhile, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BBRI) has agreed for the three stages of Krakatau Steel’ debt restructure.
PT Golden Flower
Producer of Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, and American Eagle clothes, PT Golden Flower’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) price is tagged at Rp288 per share. Golden Flower offered 150 million shares or 20 percent of its capital. Company is expected to gain Rp43.2 billion from the IPO.
PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (IDX: ANTM), PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (IDX: ERAA), PT Indosat Tbk (IDX: ISAT), PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (IDX: INKP), PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk (IDX: MAIN), and PT Waskita Karya Tbk (IDX: WSKT) stocks are becoming Ardiansyah recommendations on today.
