Established in 1995 as a subsidiary company of PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera, #1 commercial and industrial supplies company in Indonesia, PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk. is the master franchise/license holder of ACE Hardware brand in the country, appointed by ACE Hardware Corporation, USA.

The first ACE Hardware Indonesia store opened in Supermal Karawaci, Tangerang, in the same year, followed by a series of rapidly growing stores.

This development is fully supported by our modern integrated distribution system and professional well-trained staffs whose skills & knowledge are always improved through various trainings, seminars, and more.

Presently, ACE is the leading and the most complete home improvement & lifestyle company with more than 60 stores in major cities in Indonesia, with its biggest store, also the largest ACE store in the world, located in Alam Sutera, Serpong – Tangerang. ACE Alam Sutera is the Flagship of ACE Indonesia Store, built upon the area of 15.000 meter square, providing more than 75.000 types of quality items – categorized into several departments.

Our commitment to deliver maximum customer satisfaction is proven with the grant of Quality Management System ISO 9001-2000 certificate, making ACE the first certified hardware store in Indonesia.

In 2011 we also obtained SERVICE QUALITY GOLDEN AWARD 2011 in the category of Modern Home Builder & Retailer, from SERVICE EXCELLENCE Magazine (Marketing Magazine Group) & Carre – Center for Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (Carre – CCSL).
