Press Release - PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (Matahari) received Gold Champion of Shoppers-Insight Service Quality Award 2013 for department store category.

This award is powered by MarkPlus Insight and Marketeers. The evaluation was based on the online mystery shopping research whose members are the members of shoppers’ community in shoppinggratis.com.

The chosen member of shoppers’ community will be a mystery shopper to investigate the company and report it to shoppers-insight.com.

The online mystery shopping research was conducted in August-September 2013 and evaluated two things, which are facilities and hospitality.

The criteria for facilities evaluation includes availability, cleanliness, physical condition, and convenience. As for staffs’ hospitality includes availability of the staff, appearance, attitude, greeting and willingness to help.

On Thursday, 31 October 2013, located in Intercontinental Hotel, Jakarta, Endah Setyowati as Head of Customer Service of Matahari received Gold Champion of Shoppers-Insight Service Quality Award 2013 from Hermawan Kartajaya as CEO and Founder of MarkPlus, Inc. As Gold Champion of Shoppers-Insight Service Quality Award 2013 for department store category, Matahari has proven that Matahari is not only offering high quality of products but also excellent facilities and services.
