JAKARTA - PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika (MPM) Finance, a subsidiary of PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX) issues medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp300 billion. The MTN is divided into two series, namely series A worth Rp140 billion with tenor of three years and series B worth Rp160 billion. The MTN is guaranteed by the Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), a finance arm of Asian Development Bank (ADB). Series A MTN was issued on March 11, 2016 and series B MTN will be issued in April 2016. The buyer of MPM’s MTN is Sompo Japan Niponkoa Insurance Inc. (SJNK), while BNI Securities acting as arranger.
