The Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) announced a new hotline service to facilitate customer transactions. Customers could call the JFX customer services desk at 021 31996030 with the extension number 299 or drop an email to layanan@jfx.co.id for inquiries regarding future trading or customer transactions, the exchange said in a statement. JFX president director Stephanus Paulus Lumintang advised would-be customers to always ensure that they did their trading through brokerage firms that own licenses from the Futures Exchange Supervisory Board (Bappebti) and are JFX members. He said, customers can directly check the registered brokerage firms on the JFX website www.jfx.co.id,” said Stephanus.
