JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 0.72 percent to 6,481.54 on Tuesday (04/16), from the prior day closed up 0.46 percent to 6,435.15.
Top Gainers
On Tuesday, PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk (IDX: HRME) share booked a largest increased, closed up 69.52 percent from the listing price at Rp105. Followed by PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (IDX: DART) shares, which closed surging 24.35 percent to the level of Rp286 each.
Top Losers
In opposite, two issuers experienced deepest declined namely PT Indonesia Paradise Property Tbk (IDX: INPP) and PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (IDX: SAPX), which each fell by 25 percent. INPP shares fell to the level of Rp675 per share from Rp900, while SAPX shares fell to Rp555 per share from Rp740.
PT Eagle High Plantation Tbk (IDX: BWPT)
PT Rajawali Capital International affirmed the 37 percent share purchase transaction of Eagle High Plantation to FIC Properties SDN BHD, unit of Malaysia’ Federal Land Development Authority (Felda). Both parties had agreed on a strategic partnership and long-term investment in oil palm plantations through BWPT transactions.
PT United Tractors Tbk (IDX: UNTR)
The heavy equipment seller distributed dividends of Rp4.45 trillion (US$317.86 million) or 40 percent of the 2018′ net profit Rp11.12 trillion. The issuers pay the dividend Rp1,193 per share.
PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (IDX: POWR)
Power producer company spreads dividends totaling $72.6 million or Rp66 per share. The dividend is part of the net income in 2018 which reached $78.89 million.
PT Intermedia Capital (IDX: MDIA)
Throughout 2018, the company failed to post a positive performance and did not pocketed profits. The subsidiary of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (IDX: VIVA) and the parent company of ANTV lost up to Rp140.64 billion and the first time the company recorded a loss since at least 2010.
PT Hanson International Tbk (IDX: MYRX)
The issuer will raise fresh funds Rp8.78 trillion through right issue scheme. This year, the property developer allocated capital expenditure up to Rp1 trillion to increase land ownership in Indonesia.
Furthermore, PT Indosurya Bersinar Sekuritas rated, JCI will move positively at the level of 6,389-6,556 along with the release of economic data on two-wheeled sales which are expected to improve. In addition, the stability of Indonesia’ economic also helped to boost the JCI increase.
