JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) was closed down 0.32 percent or 20.61 points to 6,474.02 on Friday (04/05). During the first week of April 2019, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) recorded the JCI has increased 0.08 percent to 6,474.01 from 6,468.75 last week.
Amid the increase, the value of market capitalization and daily transactions of the Indonesian capital market also increased. Also accompanied by a number of issuers who recorded increases and decreases in shares and corporate actions.

In the first week of April 2019, the value of daily transactions in the IDX reached Rp8.7 trillion (US$617.02 million), an increase of 6.37 percent compared to the previous week’ at Rp8.17 trillion. Market capitalization value also increased 0.08 percent to Rp7,362.5 trillion from Rp7,356.38 trillion at the closing of last week.
Top Gainers
Shares of PT Pikko Land Development Tbk (IDX: RODA) posted the sharpest price increase in trading on Friday (4/5)  of 19.67 percent or 120 points to the level of Rp730 per share.
Following the strengthening of RODA was the shares of PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (IDX: GHON) which was closed up 13.74 percent or 145 points to the level of Rp1,200 per share.
Top Losers
Shares of PT Cahayaputra Asa Keramik Tbk (IDX: CAKK) posted the deepest price decline in trading on Friday (4/5) after closed down 34.59 percent or 64 points to the level of Rp121 per share.
Occupying the next weakest position was the shares of PT Star Petrochem Tbk (IDX: STAR) which was closed down 16.67 percent or 20 points at Rp100 per share.
PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (IDX: WINS)
The hipping company plans to increase capital through a private placement scheme by releasing 9.98 percent of shares.
PT Toba Bara Sejahtra Tbk (IDX: TOBA)
TOBA pocketed a net profit of $37.38 million at the end of 2018, grew 76.29 percent from $ 21.43 million in 2017 contributed by revenues that reached $438.44 million at the end of last year.
PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (IDX: URBN)
The property issuer is eyeing net profit of Rp183 billion in 2019, up 295 percent from 2018 worth Rp46.22 billion. To achieve the profit target, the company is eyeing revenues of Rp900 billion.
PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (IDX: HITS)
Shipping company PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk plans to release sustainable bonds worth a maximum of Rp1 trillion to support capital expenditure. The company also opens opportunities for issuance schemes in foreign currencies or global bonds.
PT Bumi Resources Tbk (IDX: BUMI)
Bumi Resources projects 21 million tons of coal production in the first quarter of 2019. Meanwhile, the total production target for this year is 90 million tons of coal, of which 60 million tons will be obtained from KPC and 30 million tons from Arutmin.
