JAKARTA (TheIndsiderStories) - Indonesia recorded exports of US$12.57 billion in February 2017 and imports of US$11.26 billion, the Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) announced on Wednesday.
This leads to trade surplus of US$1.32 billion.
The exports in the month was 6.17% lower than in previous month, but higher 11.6% from the same month last year.
The imports in February was 6.21% lower than in previous month but up 11.55% in February 2016.
The exports in Jan-Feb reached US$25.98 billion, while non oil and gas exports reached US$23.51 billion, up 20.1% from the same period last year.
china was the largest export destination worth US$1.36 billion, followed by US (US1.36 billion), and India (US$1.02 billion).
