JAKARA- PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (IDX: HMSP) said that its cigarette production in 2015 edged up 0.1 percent to 109.8 billion cigarettes from 109.6 billion cigarettes a year earlier. In the disclosure in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the company said the total volume of cigarette sales in Indonesia reached 314 billion cigarettes in 2015. This volume was stagnant from the previous year which reached 314 billion cigarettes.
HMSP cigarette product market share over the past year have increased to 35 percent from the previous 34.9 percent. The surge in market share occurred on product Dji Sam Soe to 7 percent from 6.3 percent on the previous year.
