JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - The country’ port operator, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) III shareholders meeting at the State Owned (SOEs) ministry established Doso Agung as the new chief executive of the company.
He replacing I Gusti Ngurah Ashkara Danadiputra positioned who had been appointed as a CEO of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (IDX: GIAA). Previously Agung served as CEO of Pelindo IV.
The decision for the stipulation was conveyed by the Deputy of Energy, Logistics, Regions and Tourism Business Affairs for SOEs ministry Edwin Hidayat Abdullah on Thursday (20/09).
The government also assigned Joko Noerhudha become the technical director and ICT to replaced Husein Latief. Joko Noerhudha previously served as CEO of a unit of Pelindo III, PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya.
Then Iman Rachman was assigned as Finance Director to replace U. Saefudin Noer. Rachman previously served as other state-owned operator Pelindo II finance director. Meanwhile Toto Heliyanto continued to serve as HR and General Director.
Pelindo IV
At the same day, the SOEs ministry also appointed Farid Padang as the new CEO of Pelindo IV. Padang was born in Saparua, Ambon on May 14, 1969.
He began his career at Pelindo IV in 1998 as a level I pmplementer in surveillance of floating tools. Currently, he is the Director of port facilities and equipment.
Previously, Farid Padang served as general manager of the Ambon Branch in 2016 to 2017. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Shipping Engineering at Pattimura University in 1995, Financial Management Postgraduate Program at the Makassar School of Economics in 2012 and General Management Program at Hasanuddin University in 2013.
Now, he is completing a civil engineering program majoring in transportation at the University of Hasanuddin.
