JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk said Tang Chung Leong, director of the company and James Richard Sutie, an independent commissioner, have tendered their resignation to the company. The resignation letters were submitted on March 14. The company, however, did not disclose the reasons for the executives resignatino.
Bentoel said in a statement to the Indonesian Stock Exchange that the resignations have no negative impacts on the company’s operation both legal and financial positions. (*)
