PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (IDX: NISP) aims to raise Rp 2 trillion (US$150.38 million) in a bonds issuance on May. The issuances part of a plan to issue Rp 8 trillion worth of bonds in a lending boost. The lender said in a statement will offer one-year A series with a coupon rate at between 7.5 percent and 8 percent; the two-year B series between 8 percent and 8.5 percent; and the three-year C series from 8.25 percent to 8.75 percent. Bank OCBC NISP president director Parwati Surjaudaja said in the statement, the proceeds from the bond issuances will all be used to disburse loans. The bank has appointed Indo Premier Securities, Mandiri Sekuritas, OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, RHB Securities and BCA Sekuritas to underwrite the debt paper issuance, which has been triple-A rated by state rating agency Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo). Bank OCBC NISP booked 26 percent loan growth last year to Rp 85.9 trillion, pushing up net profit by 13 percent to Rp 1.5 trillion.
