*National cement consumption is predicted to grow by 8.04 percent next year to reach 68 million tons. Widodo Santoso, chairman of the Indonesian Cement Association, estimated national cement consumption to reach 62.94 million tons this year, up 4.14 percent on last year’s figures.

*PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN) booked net profit Rp1.6 trillion in nine months of 2016 or rose 32.6% year on year (yoy). BTN president director Maryono said the profit increase was supported by growth in net interest income and the fee based income. BBTN recorded net interest income of Rp 5.5 trillion, up 12.9% yoy. Moreover, until September 2016, loan disbursements and financing grew 16.9% yoy to Rp 153.8 trillion.

*Indonesian Palm Oil Board states that the export duty for crude palm oil (CPO) per 1 November 2016 is likely to be at 0%. The reason is, until the third week of October 2016, the average CPO price in the global market is below the threshold CPO export duty determination of the amount of US$750 per ton.

*PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX, 680) targets to post net profit growth of 20% until the end of this year, amounting to Rp342 billion from Rp285 billion in the previous year.

*PT Tiphone Mobile Tbk (TELE, Rp690, BUY, TP Rp1.040) expects sales to reach Rp30 trillion next year, representing a growth of 12.36%, compared to projected sales of Rp26.7 trillion this year.
