The implementation of B30 will effective from Jan. 1, 2020 in Medan, Dumai, Siak, Kabung, Plaju, Panjang, Tanjung Gerem, Bandung Group, Tanjung Uban, Jakarta Group, Cikampek, Balongan, Tasikmalaya Group , Cilacap Group, Semarang Group, Tanjung Wangi, Surabaya, Tuban, Boyolali, Rewulu, Bitung, Balikpapan Group, Kasim, Kotabaru Group, Makassar, Manggis, Kupang, and Pontianak.

In Asia, Bank of Japan meeting minutes and the summary of opinions will provide clues as to the latest thinking of policymakers. A speech by the governor Haruhiko Kuroda will be parsed for insights into policy action. Moreover, China’ industrial profits will also come under scrutiny for another gauge of the health of the Chinese economy.

Vietnam will release fourth quarter GDP data alongside updates to industrial production, inflation and trade. Investors will also eagerly watch foreign direct investment data for trends arising from the United States (US) – China trade dispute.

An assessment of Asian regional trade performance will also be provided by the latest numbers on industrial output in Thailand and Singapore.

In America, durable goods orders and new home sales data are accompanied by the Richmond Fed manufacturing index and Chicago national index, which will give further insights into fourth quarter economic health. On Friday, the US released data on economic growth in the third quarter to stagnate at 2.1 percent.

And in Europe, GDP data for the Netherlands and UK mortgage approvals are the main releases.

Last week, Indonesian Rupiah slightly up by 0.05 to 13,978 and middle rate of Bank Indonesia weakened 0.07 percent to 13,993 a US Dollar. While, the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 0.55 percent to 6,284 compared to prior day.

The analyst said, the major instruments was gaining momentum to strengthen because the central bank was holding its benchmark rate. This pattern is predicted to continue today.

Today the local currency is estimating move in the range 13,970 to 14,000 over the Greenback. And the stock index between 6,123 – 6,336.

Stock to be watch for today are PT London Sumatera Plantation Tbk (IDX: LSIP), PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (IDX: UNVR), PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (IDX: TLKM), PT XL Axiata Tbk (IDX: EXCL), PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX: PGAS), PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (IDX: BSDE), PT Surya Eka Perkasa Tbk (IDX: ESSA), PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (IDX: PWON), and PT Waskita Beton Precast (IDX: WSBP).
