JAKARTA - Unit of state owned construction developer PT Adhi Karya Tbk (IDX: ADHI), PT Adhi Persada Gedung, had acquired new apartment project Gayanti City in south of Jakarta from PT Buana Pacific with worth Rp 390.89 billion ($28.33 million). Until October of 2015, Adhi Karya has secured contract worth Rp10.6 trillion compared to Rp9.2 trillion in the same period last year. Among the projects are SPAM Bengkulu worth Rp126 billion, Main Building Rehabilitation in Klambu, Grobogan in Central Java worth Rp142 billion and other projects.
In nine months of the year (9M15) ADHI booked net profit of Rp137.3 billion, an increase of 36.0 percent over the previous year of Rp101.0 billion. The increase in net profit came from gains in operating revenues in 9M15 amounted to Rp5.4 trillion. ADHI revenues were still dominated by the construction business line amounted to 88.5 percent and the rest comes from other business lines. Capital expenditure until September 2015 has been realized for Rp 232.9 billion. (*)
