JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - Indonesian shares opened higher in morning trade, on technical rebound, continuing Friday’s higher close. The gains were led by big caps reflected by a rise in LQ-45 stocks.
At 09.08, the Jakarta Composite Index was up 43.021 points or up 0.8 percent at 5,414.867 points. The LQ-45 was up 9.519 points or up 0.8 percent at 932.442 points.
William Surya Wijayam, an analyst with PT Asjaya Indosurya Securities, said technically the JCI is projected to trade within support level of 5,312 points and resistance level of 5,458 points.
“JCI goes up on technical rebound after recording selling pressure in the past few days,” he said.
