*Ciputra Group’s three listed companies , PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA), PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (CTRS) and PT Ciputra Property Tbk (CTRP) will officially merge under the banner CTRA. After merged, CTRA allocated capital expenditure or capital expenditure of Rp 4 trillion, is not much different than this year’s target. Ciputra will use the capital expenditure for work on several projects, such as apartment in Yogyakarta and new projects in the area of 200 hectares Cullinan. *PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI, Rp10,800) give Special Transaction Loan amounting to Rp 1.2 trillion to PT Kereta Api Indonesia. The loan can be used for business development companies, such as the development track Double Track South Sumatra, Bukit Asam of Mining Area in New Tanjungenim to EVAL, Lampung.
*PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM, Rp555, NEUTRAL, TP 550) planned to buy back of its shares on the regular market. This share buyback conducted in the framework of long-term incentive program management and employees of the company. In corporate action, BJTM allocated as much as Rp 1.2 billion that will be done in stages since Feb. 1, 2017 to June 1 2017. Funds for the buyback will come from retained earnings unappropriated per Sep. 2016 amounted Rp836,57 billion.
*Indonesia Stock Exchange monitors the movement of PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk stock(BWPT, Rp278). It follows a decision IDX BWPT put on the list out of UMA.
