*PT Prodiya Widyahusada has set the exercise price of the initial public offering (IPO) Rp 6,500 per share. As is known, previously Prodia set a price range of Rp 6,250-Rp 8,000 per share. The exercise price of Rp 6,500 per share that reflects the price-earnings ratio 47 times and EBITDA by 20 times. There is no change in the number of shares released, which is still 187.5 million new shares, or 20% of the total issued and fully paid. Thus, Prodia would reap fresh funds of about Rp 1.22 trillion through this event.

*Telekomunikasi Internasional (Telin) Singapura Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) inaugurated the third data center services, Telin-3 are located in Singapore Data Centre Park in Jurong, Singapore. Telkom Group CEO Alex J. Sinaga said that the operation TELIN-3 Data Center is one important step for TelkomGroup in realizing the company’s vision and is the first footprint established TelkomGroup to explore international business. In line with the expansion strategy of international business, data center TELIN-3 is one of the important investment to strengthen and expand its portfolio of digital businesses.
