The Insider Stories Market Briefs

JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - Followings are some market news, compiled by Mandiri Sekuritas, that may affect shares trading today:

*Indonesia Stock Exchange finally stopped the trading of PT Ratu Prabu Energi Tbk (ARTI, Rp55). This is done because of their significant cumulative price decline, ARTI shares will not be traded in the regular market and cash market trading since Oct. 6. Stock appealed to the parties concerned to always pay attention to the company’s disclosure of information submitted.

*PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA, Rp.408) is adding the distribution network of air cargo shipments this year by building an office Cargo Service Center (CSC) recently in Karawaci, Tangerang. Increasing the number of the CSC office is the company’s efforts in developing the air cargo business in Indonesia.

*PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO, Rp1.295) spread its wings to the Sentul area of ​​Bogor by building an apartment project called Verdura appartment. The project is a joint project between PT PP Property Tbk and PT Sentul City Tbk in the form of three apartment towers, to be located Sentul City CBD area, namely Sentul Centerra. The project will be built on an area of ​​10,000 m2. The number of units to be built will total up to 1,800 units, with a total gross floor area to be built is 116 475 square meters.

*Indonesia Stock Exchange to register two shares which record unusual market activity. The two stocks are PT Capitol Nusantara Indonesia Tbk (CANI, Rp496) and PT Sigmagold Inti Perkasa Tbk (TMPI, Rp212). Based on the announcement BEI on Oct. 06, the two stocks have shown significant increase stock activity. Meanwhile, CANI and TMPI shares recorded a decline in prices and unusual activity.

*Crude oil prices fell as investors speculated that the decline in US oil reserves would trigger producers to increase output. West Texas Intermediate oil for November delivery was observed to weaken by 0.52% or 26 cents to US $49.57 per barrel.

*PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT, Rp121) plans to conduct a limited public offering III or Third rights issue (ER). The Company will issue as much as 20.79 billion shares.

*Bank Indonesia‘s Senior Deputy Governor Adityaswara Mirza said, the central bank agreed with the projection of the World Bank. The World Bank projected Indonesia’s economic growth in 2017 at 5.3 percent. BI also believes the economy in 2017 will be better than this year.

*Indonesia plans to offer five series of Government Bonds at an auction held on Oct. 11. The government set an indicative target of Rp12 trillion to Rp18 trillion maximum target at an auction next week. Proceeds from the auction are intended to meet part of financing target in the State Budget 2016.
