Insider Stories - Indonesians state-owned investment company, PT Pusat Investasi Pemerintah (PIP) allocated investment fund of Rp 6 trillionin 2014 focusing on public private partnership (PPP) and geothermal projects.
Chairman of PIP Soritaon Siregar said arround 1.3 trillion rupiah will deliver through PPP's scheme, around 3 trillion rupiah will distribute on geothermal projects for exploration activities.
PIP also will continue to disburse loan to the local government on basic infrastructures such as the road and hospitals, worth 1.7 trillion rupiah.
Based on Finance Minister Decision (KMK) No.177/2010 and Finance Minister Regulation (PMK) No.3/PMK/011/2012, PIP has the investment focus on renewable energy and energy conservation.
PIP has disbursed loan worth 96 billion rupiah to Bangkalan Hospital in Madura under the period of five years with interest rate at 9.5%, and grace period 24 months.
