Matahari Department Store was awarded as the 2nd grand champion in National Customer Service Championship 2013, succeeds in increasing 3 ratings after winning the 5th place in the same event last year.

On Thursday, 18 July 2013, Matahari succeed obtaining 11 trophies and became the 2nd Grand Champion for Corporate Level across categories.

Some categories won by Matahari are: ‘The Best 1 Service Star Award’ for Manager category, ‘The Best Case Study’ for Manager category, ‘The Most Presenter’ for Manager category, ‘The Most Constructive’ for Team Leader category, ‘The Most Inspiring’ for Team Leader category, ‘The Most Committed’ for Team Leader category, ‘The Most Empowered’ for Front Liner category, ‘The Most Energetic’ for Front Liner category, 3rd winner of Customer Service Cheering Competition for MDS Ambon City Centre, 4th winner of Customer Service Cheering Competition for MDS Paragon, and awarded as the 2nd Grand Champion for Corporate Level across categories.

The achievement of 11 trophies given by Carre – Centre for Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (Carre – CCSL), has proven that Matahari not only has a good service standard, but also keep on focusing to increase the quality of customer service.
