(Insider Stories)--Ricardo Rodrigues de Carvalho is president commissioner of nickel miner PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) after a general shareholders meeting appoints him to replace Peter Poppinga.

Poppinga continues to serve as a member of the board of commissioners. Shareholders also approve Tito B. Martins's resignation as a commissioner .

The board of directors and the board of commissioners of the company would like to thank Martins for his dedication and commitment to the Company during his tenure.
