JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - MNC Group, Indonesia’s leading investment company, under its subsidiary PT MNC Land Tbk (IDX: KPIG), signed a cooperation agreement with state-owned Korea Land and Housing Corporation (Korea LH), to develop a residential project in Lido, Bogor, West Java.

The agreement was signed by the Founder & CEO of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo and CEO of Korea LH, Lee Jai-yeong in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Lido area is located within the tropical forests of West Java, approximately 65 kilometers south of Jakarta and located on a privileged elevated sanctuary offering a distinctive cooler and refreshing climate.

MNC Land and Korea LH plan to spearhead Lido’s future urban development by creating a new unparalleled property destination in the harmony of innovation, advanced technology and environmental care.

“Our plans include creating a new future for West Java. MNC Land has ambitious plans to develop an educational village, an agro-tourism community, a new township inspired on innovation, high-tech but still environmentally friendly, a pride of our nation development” said Hary.

Following recent Trump Hotel Collection partnership for world-class integrated resorts in Bali and Lido (Bogor), this agreement represents already a third major milestone for MNC Land in 2015, which has quickly grown into one of the largest property groups in Indonesia.

The total development site of Lido boasts up to 3,000 hectares and it will represent a long-term project involving a variety of global experts excelling in their respective fields.

Phase one, including 700 hectares, will deliver a world-class integrated lifestyle resort destination, which on one side will consist of a luxury strategic offering, including an 18-hole signature Ernie Els championship golf course and elite Lifestyle Country Club, a six-star luxury resort as well as high-end residential in collaboration with Trump Hotel Collection.

On the other side, this phase one will also offer an Entertainment City proposition that will unveil the first world-class theme park in Indonesia, amongst other exhilarating commercial and residential components.

Lido will directly benefit from the completion of the Bogor-Sukabumi toll road, which is developed by MNC Group as well and will be dedicating its own direct exit to this new destination reducing the driving time from Jakarta down to 60 minutes only.

In combination with Bali and Lido’s world-class integrated resorts’ recent announcement, this unprecedented property development, is meant to become a landmark for MNC Land’s future property growth in partnership with the world’s key global players, and another milestone for Indonesia’s promising outlook.
