The Indonesian Food and Beverage Association (GAPMMI) sees Rp50 trillion (US$3.81 billion) investment in food and beverage (F&B) industry in 2016 based on the trend in the first quarter. GAPMMI chairman Adhi Lukman, said that some of the investors have set their sight in intermediate industries, including in artificial flavours and colours production. He added, three of the investors are GAPMMI members while the other three are investors from Korea, India and Japan.
