JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 0.65 percent at 6,297.32 from the previous trading which fell 1 percent at 6,256.35. For today, PT Indosurya Bersinar Sekuritas sees the JCI will strengthen in the range of 6,198-6,336.
On Tuesday, the top gainers are PT Trisula International Tbk (IDX: TRIS) and PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk (IDX: LORN) stocks, which closed up 21.05 at Rp276 per share and 18.32 percent at Rp155 each, respectively.
Meanwhile, the top losers are PT Meta Epsi Tbk (IDX: MTPS) share, which closed down 21.99 percent at Rp745 a piece followed by PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk (IDX: UNIC) stock, which declined 12.82 percent at Rp4,490 per share.
PT Medco Internasional Tbk (IDX: MEDC)
The oil and gas company issued bonds of $650 million which will be used to finance the acquisition of Ophir Energy Plc and pay the company’ debt.
PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk (IDX: KREN)
The financial company’ net profit rose 17.89 percent to Rp116.65 billion (US$8.21 million) in the first quarter (1Q) of 2019 from Rp98.94 billion in the same period last year. While, the revenues increased 62.68 percent to Rp2.18 trillion from Rp1.34 trillion in 1Q of 2018.
PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (IDX: LPKR)
The subsidiary of Lippo Group received a commitment from private equity company Gateway Partners LLC to participate in company’ rights issue after signing agreement with George Raymond Zage III and Chow Tai Fook Nominee Limited.
PT Tunas Ridean Tbk (IDX: TURI)
The automotive dealer prepared a capital expenditure of Rp 729 billion to expand in 2019, up from last year’s investment of Rp671 billion. The funds will be used to expand of the automotive businesses in 2019 and the development of a rental businesses.
PT MD Pictures Tbk (IDX: FILM)
The production house firm has absorbed Rp54.08 billion of the initial public offering funds of Rp274.63 billion. The funds are used to pay for writers, directors, film crews, equipment rental, production costs, promotion fees, and song soundtracks and the remaining will be allocated to invest in several FILM subsidiaries.
