JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 0.75 percent to 5,951.37 from the previous day which climbed 1.38 percent to 5,907.12. For today, the composite index is predicted to strengthen in the range 5,990 to 6,028, said Binaartha Sekuritas.
On Tuesday, the top gainers were PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (IDX: BSSR) and PT PT Century Textile Industry Tbk (IDX: CNTX) stocks, which each of them rose 25 percent to Rp 1,600 and Rp590 per share.
While, the top losers were PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (IDX: MFMI) share, which closed down by 18.60 percent to Rp464 a piece, followed by PT Nipress Tbk (IDX: NIPS) stock which ended down 16.15 percent to Rp218 each.
PT Tower with Infrastructure Tbk (IDX: TBIG)
The tower operator planned to issue global bonds up to $850 million to refinance a number of the company’ debts. The shareholders also approve to distributed final cash dividend of Rp600 billion and will be paid on June 21.
PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (IDX: INTP)
The cement producer’ shareholders approved all of 2018′ net profits Rp1.14 trillion plus Rp878.74 billion, or 4.74 percent of the retained earnings balance as dividends. The dividend worth of Rp550 a share.
PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (IDX: UNVR)
Consumer goods issuer will distribute dividends of Rp1,185 per share with a total value of Rp9 trillion or almost 100 percent of the 2018 net profit. Final dividends of 2018 will be distributed to entitled shareholders not later than June 18, 2019.
PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (IDX: WINS)
The company will issue 423 million new shares in the coming months. The funds collected from the issuance of shares will be used for working capital, debt payments, and business development.
PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (IDX: SCMA)
The owner of Indosiar and SCTV station television to conduct a rights issue through a private placement. The maximum number of new shares to be issued by the company is 1.46 billion shares or 10 percent of shares as of Dec. 31, 2018.
For today, Binaartha Sekuritas recommends PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (IDX: AKRA), PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (IDX: ASRI), PT Ciputra Development Tbk (IDX: CTRA), PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (IDX: INCO), PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (IDX: ITMG) and PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX: PTBA) stocks to be watched.
