JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed down 1 percent to 6,256.35 on Monday (5/6) from last week, which fell 0.86 percent to 6,319.46. For today, Reliance Sekuritas estimates that the JCI will strengthen at the level of 6,200-6,320.

Top Gainers

On Monday, the top gainers are PT Sunson Textile Manufacture Tbk (IDX: SSTM) and PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk (IDX: GOLD) shares. SSTM stock closing up 17.83 percent to Rp370 per share and Gold rose 17.12 percent to the level of Rp. 520 a piece.

Top Losers

Otherwise, the two top losers experienced by PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (IDX: HITS) share after closing down 18.75 percent to the level of Rp. 650 each. Followed by PT Eterindo Wahanatama Tbk (IDX: ETWA) stock which closed down 16.67 percent at the level of Rp60 per share.

PT Jasa Marga Tbk (IDX: JSMR)

The toll-road developer will issue two new debt instruments, namely a step up coupon bond and zero coupon bonds worth Rp2 trillion (US$140.84 million) this year. At the shareholders meeting, Jasa Marga also announced to distribute cash dividends worth Rp330.39 billion or 15 percent of last year’ net profit of Rp2.2 trillion.

PT Industrial and Trading Bintraco Dharma Tbk (IDX: CARS)

The company engages to the automotive, financing, and other businesses distribute dividends of Rp15 billion or 6 percent of the 2018′ net profit of Rp237.61 billion. While the remaining net profit was recorded as the company’ retained earnings.

PT Kimia Farma Tbk (IDX: KAEF)

The state-owned pharmaceutical producer recorded a net profit in the first quarter (1Q) of 2019 of Rp20.63 billion, dropped by 44.55 percent from the same period the previous year, which reached Rp37.21 billion. However, the company’ net sales rose to Rp1.81 trillion of the prior year worth of Rp1.49 trillion.

PT XL Axiata Tbk (IDX: EXCL)

The telecommunications company booked a net profit growth by 270.59 percent to Rp57.19 billion in the 1Q of 2019 compared to the same period last year of Rp15.43 billion. The net profit was sustained by the company’ revenue which grew by 8.47 percent to Rp5.97 trillion.
