JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index  closed down 0.43 percent to 6,288.46 from a prior day which was ended to 6,315.44. For today, the composite index is expected to lowering to level 6,256 – 6,272.

Top Gainers

On Monday, the top gainers were PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (IDX: POSA) and PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk (IDX: SFAN) which was closed up 25 percent to Rp360 a share and 25.49 percent to Rp615 each, respectively.

Top Losers

While, the top losers are PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (IDX: YULE) after closed down 11.27 percent to Rp181 a piece, followed by PT Sitara Propertindo Tbk (IDX: TARA) which jumped to 10.30 percent to Rp740 per share.

PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (IDX: TOTL)

The contractor company has received 15 new contracts of Rp6.9 trillion (US$485.92 million) in the second half of 2019. The majority of contracts are high rise building premium project.

PT Acset Indonesia Tbk (IDX: ACST)

The issuer is optimistic to raise new contracts of Rp15 trillion in 2019. Until May 2019, the company has received Rp1.4 trillion or 10 percent of new contract target in 2019.

PT MNC Land Tbk (IDX: KPIG)

The subsidiary of MNC Group agreed to add capital through private placement as many as 8.84 percent of total capital. The company also allocate capital expenditure around Rp2.5 trillion to build Lido City and projects in Bali.

PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (IDX: CPRO)

The animal feed producer allocated capital expenditure around Rp95 billion to support animal feed and pet businesses. The funds derived from company’ cash.

PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (IDX: TLKM)

Chinese’ ZTE announced that it has signed an agreement with Telkom to build 5G network and exploring new 5G fields in Indonesia. Both companies have had a long term partnership in various fields such as fixed access, bearer transmission, core network and other technologies.

Binaartha Sekuritas recommends PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (IDX: AALI), PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (IDX: AKRA), PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia Tbk (IDX: CPIN), PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (IDX: GIAA), PT GMF Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (IDX: GMFI) and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (IDX: SMGR) stocks to be watched.
