JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index closed down 1.42 percent or 92.48 points to 6,414.74 on Monday (04/22). Last week, JCI had been able to close at 6,57.22 with a gain of 0.40 percent or 25.68 points, rallying the third day in a row.
In the midst of this weakening, the shares of PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (IDX: JAYA) posted the biggest increased on Monday after closing up 25.37 percent at Rp168 a piece. The second gainer was PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk (IDX: HRME) shares, which shot up 24.6 percent and closed at Rp466 each.
Shares of PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (IDX: KIOS) posted the deepest price declined on Monday, after closing down 15.45 percent at Rp930 per share. Followed by PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (IDX: MAYA) shares which ended down 13.58 percent at Rp7,000 a piece.
PT Adhi Karya Tbk (IDX: ADHI)
The construction developer bookek a new contract Rp3 trillion (US$214.29 million) until March 2019. The acquisition number is almost same with the same period in 2018 worth of Rp3.01 trillion. The realization of the new contract was dominated by the Refinery Development Master Plan for state-owned energy producer, PT Pertamina’ offices and laboratories with a contract value of Rp608 billion.
PT Samindo Resources Tbk (IDX: MYOH)
The coal mining company prepared capital expenditure $17.8 million this year, up from last year’ worth of $13.98 million. Most of the capital expenditure will be allocated for overburden coal removal of $14.6 million.
PT Petrosea Tbk (IDX: PTRO)
Petrosea will distribute dividends to its shareholders with total amount $8.72 million, or equivalent to 38 percent of the company’ total net profit last year which amounted to $22.96 million.
PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (IDX: GMFI)
Aircraft hangar issuer booked a net profit $3.02 million in the first quarter of 2019, or declined by 58.99 percent from the same period in 2018 at $7.36 million. The decreased in profit was due to the financial burden that rose significantly from $2.78 million to $4.18 million. Material costs also rose to $34.23 million from $28.29 million and subcontracting expenses increased to $29.36 million from $25.92 million.
PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (IDX: SCMA)
The owner of two national TV channels SCTV and Indosiar, recorded a profit in the first quarter of 2019 of Rp399.96 billion or grew 11.35 percent from the previous period in 2018, which was recorded at Rp359.16 billion. The company’ net profit growth is in line with the increase in net income which rose 8.12 percent on an annual basis to Rp1.25 trillion.
For today, Reliance Sekuritas rated, the JCI movement will still be depressed, even though there are opportunities held at the level of 6.380-6.470.
Shares that can still be observed include PT Tjiwi Kimia Tbk Paper Factory (IDX: TKIM), PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (IDX: BNGA), PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BDMN), PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk (IDX: PNBN), PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX: PTBA), PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (IDX: LPCK) and PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (IDX: ACES).
