JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed down 1.49 percent to 5,980.88 from the previous day gained 0.34 percent to 6,091.64. JCI is estimated to increase around 5,960-6,123 for today, said Indosurya Sekuritas.

Top Gainers

On Wednesday, the two top gainers were PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (IDX: POSA) stock which closed up 24.87 percent to Rp492 per share and PT Eterindo Wahanatama Tbk (IDX: ETWA) share, which shot 24.14 percent to Rp72 each.

Top Losers

Meanwhile, the top losers were PT Indo Kordsa Tbk (IDX: BRAM) share which closed down 19.42 percent to Rp9,025 a piece, followed by PT Nusantara Pelabuhan Handal Tbk (IDX: PORT) stock which declined 18.46 percent to Rp530 per share.

PT Pertamina Gas

The state-owned gas company posted a net profit of $146 million in 2018, growing $141 million from last year, supported by the operating performance of the gas transformation volume of 512,271 MMSCF in 2018.

PT Waskita Karya Tbk (IDX: WSKT)

The state-owned construction company will diversify new businesses other than toll road by exploring renewable energy, waste management and drinking water.

PT Toba Bara Sejahtera Tbk (IDX: TOBA)

The mining company considered global bond emissions around $300 million as an alternative source of funding for the company. TOBA pocketed a net profit of $37.38 million at the end of 2018, grew 76.29 percent from $ 21.43 million in 2017 contributed by revenues that reached $438.44 million at the end of last year.

PT Barito Pacific Tbk (IDX: BRPT)

Petrochemical and energy issuers¬† budget capital expenditures around $560 million in 2019 to fund the company’ expansion in petrochemicals sector of $460 million and for the energy sector around $80 million to $100 million.

PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (IDX: SUPR)

The telecommunications infrastructure provider budgeted capital expenditures of around Rp500 billion ($35 million) for this year to support tower collocation and extend fiber optic cables.

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (IDX:BBRI)

The state-owned bank distributed dividends around Rp16.17 trillion or 50 percent from net profit in 2018 of Rp32.4 trillion. General Meeting of Shareholders of BBRI also decided to dismiss Gatot Trihargo and Mahmud as commisioners replaced by Wahyu Kuncoro and Hendrikus Ivo.
