JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed down 0.86 percent to the level of 6,319.46 on Friday (05/03). For today, Binaartha Technical Research rates JCI has the potential to move stronger at 6,370-6,422.  

Top Gainers

Two shares has lead the market trading on Friday arePT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk (IDX: KONI) which closed up 24.33 percent or 52 points to the level of Rp266 a share and PT Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk (IDX; LPIN) closed up 23.93 percent or 280 points to the level of Rp1,450 each.

Top Losers

While PT Meta Epsi Tbk (IDX: MTPS) share posted the most profound price declined after closing down 24.81 percent to Rp970 a piece and PT Garda Tujuh Buana Tbk (IDX: GTBO) which declined 15.71 percent to the level of Rp161 per share.

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (IDX: GOOD)

The consumer goods product producer prepared capital expenditure of Rp750 billion (US$52.45 million), which comes from bank loans and the issuance of mandatory convertible bonds.

PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA)

The energy company won several new business opportunities at the beginning of this year, one of which was from oil and gas exploration in Vietnamese waters. The portfolio diversification strategy is expected to support the Elnusa’ performance growth this year.

PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX: PGAS)

The state-owned gas player earned a net income of $65 million. This value decreased 18.75 percent compared to the same period last year of $80.35 million. PGAS reported booked revenues of $860.5 million in the first quarter of 2019 which grew 7.83 percent from the achievement of $798 in the first quarter of 2018.

PT ABM Investama Tbk (IDX: ABMM)

PT ABM Investama Tbk will complete the acquisition process of coal mines in East Kalimantan in the first semester of 2019. The company has received funding of $200 million to acquire the mine.

PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk (IDX: ISAT)

The cellular operator announced changed the president director from Chris Kanter to Ahmad Abdulaziz Al Neama. Kanter will return to serving Indonsat as a commissioner. Al Neama has worked 15 years at Ooredoo Groups and served as Chief Technology Officer of Ooredoo Groups before becoming president director of Indosat.
