JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 0.17 percent to 6,209.12 from the previous day which closed down 1.14 percent to 6,198.8 on Thursday’ trading. For today, JCI is estimating going stronger to level 6,123-6,336.

Top Gainers

On Friday, the top gainer was PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (IDX: POSA) stock after closed up 69.33 percent at Rp254 per share. Then, PT Tempo Intimedia Tbk (IDX: TMPO) share was also in the top gainer after closed up by 22.7 percent to Rp200 a piece.

Top Losers

Meanwhile, PT Baramukti Suksessarana Tbk (IDX: BSSR) share was the top loser after closed down 17.74 percent to Rp1,600 each, followed by PT Meta Epsi Tbk (IDX: MTPS) that declined 17.22 percent to Rp625 a share.

PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (IDX: WSBP)

The concrete producer will offer bonds with a total value of Rp2 trillion and the first phase will be executed in June 2019 with a value of Rp500 billion. The funds will be used to meet the unit of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (IDX: WSKT) capital expenditure needs with a total of Rp900 billion in 2019.

PT Tower with Infrastructure Tbk (IDX: TBIG)

The telecommunication tower issuers will issue bonds with a value of Rp750 billion, which is part of bonds with a total value of Rp7 trillion.

PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (IDX: SMGR)

State-owned cement plan plans to issue bonds of Rp4.9 trillion (US$342.66 million) from the total value of Rp8 trillion. The first phase of the bond was carried out in 2017 with a value of Rp3 trillion.

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (IDX: SSIA)

The construction company will divest the real estate assets in Suryacipta Karawang which has the potential to generate revenues of Rp325 billion. The divestment is expected to strengthen SSIA’ position on Subang Industrial Township.

PT Phapros Tbk (IDX: PEHA)

The pharmaceutical company will conduct a rights issue of Rp1 trillion in second half of 2019. Previously the discourse had been planned in 2018 yesterday, but delayed.
