Indonesian Stock to Watch on Friday, July 12

JAKART (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index was closed up 0.1 percent to 6,417.07 from a prior day closed up 0.35 percent to 6,410.68. For today, the composite index is expected lowering to 6,378-6,397.

Top Gainers

Yesterday, the top gainers were PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk (IDX: SKML) and PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Tbk (IDX: ARKA) which were closed up 33.68 percent to Rp193 each and 24.86 percent to Rp442 a share, respectively.

Top Losers

While, the top losers were PT Indo Komoditi Korpora Tbk (IDX: INCF) which was closed down 25 percent to Rp192 a piece, followed by PT Yanaprima Hastapersada Tbk (IDX: YPAS) which was closed down 24.39 percent to Rp310 per share.

PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (IDX: WSBP)

The company booked new contracts of Rp3.1 trillion (US$218.31 million) in the first half of 2019, rose by 4.4 percent from same period of last year of Rp2.97 trillion.

PT Krida Jaringan Nusantara Tbk (IDX: KJEN)

The company plans to develop some digital systems to enhance the service to the customers. To date, the company is processing its logistic service application.

PT Softex Indonesia

Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) received proposal regarding with the intention of the company to conduct an initial public offering. The company has proposed to IDX related with it, but it has not submitted the official document yet.

PT Medco Energi International Tbk (IDX: MEDC)

The subsidiary of Medco Energi, PT Medco Power Indonesia released 49 percent of ownership in steam power plamt in Ijen, East Java to PT Ormat Geothermal Power. The company still has 51 percent of the ownership.

PT Sugih Energy Tbk (IDX: SUGI)

IDX temporary has suspended the energy company’ trading since July 11, because the company has not obeyed to the bourse regulations.

PT Timah Tbk (IDX: TINS)

Publicly listed miner and PT Pupuk Indonesia collaborated with Laos’ Petrotrade agreed to explore prospective mining areas until the processing process. One of the explorations from the mining that will be carried out is to find a new source of raw material for NPK fertilizer, namely potassium chloride.

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX: PTBA)

The coal miner also joined with PT Pupuk Indonesia is ready to contribute as a buyer that will absorb the fertilizer raw material. Both companies has agreed to cooperate in coal buying and selling with Laos’ Petrotrade.

For today, Binaartha Sekuritas recommends PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (IDX: AALI), PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (IDX: KLBF), PT Harum Energy Tbk (IDX: HRUM), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (IDX: JPFA), PT Malindo Feedmil Tbk (IDX: MAIN), PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX: PGAS) and PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX: PTBA) stocks to be watched.
