JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 0.46 percent or 29.28 points at 6,435.15 on Tuesday (04/16), from the prior day had been closed down 0.07 percent to 6,405.87.

Top Gainers

Shares of PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk (IDX: HRME) posted the biggest gained on Tuesday after closing up 34.83 percent or 62 points to the level of Rp240 per share. The other stock have higher gained are PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti Tbk (IDX: CPRI) and PT Meta Epsi Tbk (IDX: MTPS) which closed up 34.23 percent and 24.67 percent, respectively.

Top Losers

While, PT Century Textile Industry Tbk (IDX: CNTX) shares posted the deepest price decline after closing down 21.14 percent or 111 points to the level of Rp414 per share. Followed by PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk. (IDX: DART) shares, which closed down 17.86 percent or 50 points to the level of Rp230 per share.

PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (IDX: BNGA)

The lender agreed to distribute dividends to shareholders in the amount of 20 percent of the 2018 net profit or valued at Rp696.5 billion at the general meeting on Tuesday.

PT Jasa Marga Tbk (IDX: JSMR)

The toll road issuer allocates capital expenditure of Rp20 trillion (US$1.43 billion) for this year, which come from bank loans, infrastructure investment fund issuance, medium-term debt securities or medium term notes and zero coupon bonds.

PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (IDX: AALI)

Yesterday, the plantation company decided to distribute dividends to shareholders with a ratio of 45 percent of the company’ total net income in 2018 or Rp648 billion.

PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (IDX: BMRI)

CEO of the state lender Kartika Wirjoatmodjo said the decision regarding the acquisition process of PT Bank Permata Tbk (IDX:BNLI) would be announced before the first semester of this year. At present Bank Mandiri is conducting due dilligence and negotiating prices with Bank Permata.

PT Bliss Properti Indonesia

Prospective issuers managing of shopping centers and hotels, PT Bliss Properti Indonesia is ready to release 20.26 percent or equivalent to 1.7 billion shares to the public. The company also plans to issue a maximum of 34.31 percent of the total issued and fully paid shares or 2.29 billion series I warrants.

PT Adhi Karya Tbk (IDX:ADHI)

The state-owned construction provider revealed that two of its unit, PT Adhi Persada Gedung and PT Adhi Commuter Properti that will market on the Indonesia Stock Exchange this year through an initial public offering scheme.

Reliance Sekuritas predicts that the JCI will move depressed at the level 6,390-6,442. Shares that can still be monitored are PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (IDX:LSIP), PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (IDX:CPIN), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (IDX:JPFA), PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (IDX:SMGR), PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (IDX:INDF) and PT Gudang Garam Tbk (IDX:GGRM).
