JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk has revealed its plan to raise Rp240 billion from initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The firm plans to set its IPO price of Rp280-356 per share. The company claimed that it is one of the 9 large gold traders in Indonesia. The proceeds of the IPO will be used to strengthen its capital.
Meanwhile, last Wednesday (May 10), two companies, PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk and PT Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk (IDX:TAMU) launched their trading debut on the IDX. Pelayaran Tamarin Semudra raised Rp82.5 billion from offering 20 percent of the company shares at IPO price of Rp110 per share.
Cahayasakti listed 15.84 percent of shares with IPO price of Rp300 per share and managed to raise Rp62.1 billion fresh funds. (*)
